Mayssel is the chief of the Veins branch of the Assassins Guild. She is accompanied by Vicente and Berkessel and is in charge of helping budding Novices become Thieves at the Royal Criatura Academy.

Story

Mayssel was initially talking to Lumin when a student came up to learn about the Thief job class. She ends her conversation with Lumin in order to lecture about the thief job class. During the lecture Lumin interrupts with a question, to which Mayssel becomes momentarily perturbed. Berkessel calms her down and she continues her lecture. She is stopped again when she tries to lecture about the Rogue class, which Vicente then takes over for her. After the lecture, Mayssel lets the student borrow the Thief Manual and has the student do some hands-on learning with Vicente and Berkessel. When the student does so successfully, Mayssel advises the student to further his/her learning by testing out more Thief skills with Instructor Subino. She emphasizes that the student think long and hard before deciding whether to become a Thief or not.

Mayssel later attends the banquet for the heroes that defeated Surt along with Berkessel and Vicente.
