Kafra Point is Kafra Shop currency. Players wanting to purchase items from the Kafra Shop must exchange real-life money for Kafra Points.
Ragnarok Online[]
Players in RO must exchange their money for Kafra Points outside of the game via their region's publisher's website. The Kafra Point amount gained is reflected in the Kafra Shop menu in-game.

In RO2, Kafra Points are referred to as Kafra Cash. Players can add more Kafra Cash via an in-game button or outside of the game through an official RO2 website.
