Jack Frost deals water element damage to all targets in range. Deals very high damage to targets afflicted with the Freezing status effect.

This skill requires line of sight in order to deal damage and inflict the Frozen status.

Notes

• If target is in Freezing status, effective MATK% is multiplied by (caster's base level ÷ 100). Otherwise, it is multiplied by (caster's base level ÷ 150).
