Hvergelmir's Fountain is also known as the trunk of Yggdrasil. It can be reached by traveling through the Tree of Umbala. The area is abundant with plants of all kinds.
These particular roots of Yggdrasil connect Midgard to Niflheim.

- In Norse mythology, Hvergelmir is the wellspring of cold in Niflheim. All cold rivers are said to come from here and it was said to be the source of the eleven rivers.[1]
