Frosty Mist covers a 19x19 area in a freezing mist, causing damage and inflicting Freezing status to targets in range. This skill requires line of sight in order to deal damage, however it does not require line of sight in order to inflict Freezing, therefore targets may be inflicted with Freezing without being damaged by the skill.

On iRO, this skill is localized as Frost Misty.

Notes

• Frosty Mist does NOT need a target to cast; the 19x19 AoE is centered on YOU.
• Frosty Mist does NOT work with Reading Spellbook and Release.
