The department managers on the Civil Services floor.
Whenever the citizens of El Dicastes need help they send in requests for aid to the Dicastes Diel, where they are distributed to field agents. The field agents then seek out willing volunteers to take on the requests.
Quest Objectives[]
Civil Service agents are found in the city of El Dicastes itself and each Sapha has his own batch of tasks to give out. These tasks involve either kill counts or item collection and are given out at random. Each Sapha has a minimum level requirement which ranges from Level 80 at the lowest and Level 100 at the highest.
If you would like to take requests from the same Sapha again, be sure to clear your cooldown timer with the corresponding manager at the Dicastes Diel. Otherwise you won't be allowed to take requests from the same Sapha.
Notes[]
- Each Sapha agent has a separate 23-hour cooldown once their quest has been completed. (i.e. Complete Calyon's quest -> wait 23 hours -> Get another quest from Calyon) Each cooldown is attached to that particular Sapha agent; other Sapha agents have their own cooldowns.
- Once obtained, each quest must be completed within the 23 hour period or else the request will expire and the player will receive another quest at random.
Quest Rewards[]
Instead of turning quests in to the original Sapha agents, quests must be turned in to the department managers in the Dicastes Diel. Each quest rewards:
- Base EXP
- 1 Sapha Certification
